Order Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel your order? Just email us at support@haileylane.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you — minus a 5% processing fee to cover payment and handling costs.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will need to follow our Return Policy instead.
